Lively atmosphere and positive employee relationships. Manager seemed to genuinely care for employees and their prosperity. Generally low stress and easy to keep up with tasks.

Cons

Low wages. Sometimes there weren't enough people covering the registers. Though a byproduct of working in retail, rude customers were hard to deal with, and some customers who were blatantly rude and/or violent were not dealt with appropriately.
