      Pros

      Showing off my creative talents was the best. Interacting with the customers was a favorite. Being a people person I really enjoyed the on the sales floor experience.

      Cons

      Way to much to accomplish in the time allowed. With the heavy sales volume they just kept cutting hours and expecting to get things done in the blink of any eye.

      Pros

      Many opportunities for advancement if you work hard and show initiative. Started in January 2015 as a cashier, moved into CSR position and recently interviewed for a deli lead position. The pay is commensurate with experience. They reward the employees with fairly regular lunches and reward programs. Not a day goes by, that I don't here "thank you" from the management.

      Cons

      It is a retail job. Things are going to happen. Being flexible and willing to work hard go a long way. The teenagers don't seem to get the concept that good customer service goes a long way.
