Pros

The hours were flexible, it was easy to request off, and some people I knew worked there with me.

Cons

It was a very boring job! You can only see one week of schedules at a time.

Pros

I love the people i worked with. Most of them were awsome! Espically my assistant store director. He was amazgin!

Cons

Ive worked all over the store for this company and ended with geting demoted and not being told. The manage ment at the store was HORRIBLE!! At both the store i was at the only talk to you when you do something bad. At my first store we got new store director after the next. The last one we got was so mean to me! He would always yell at me every day espically when i was trying to fix something to become better. But it was okay for other employees to slack off and not do there job. Makes a whole lot of sense... NOT!! Also, it took them about 2.5 years to start making over 8 dollars. My front end lead felt bad for me so she gave me a raise.

Pros

Pick n Save is a simple, easy job. I worked as a utility clerk for 1 year. Friendly work environment when the customers are not being completely rude.

Cons

It is not easy to get paid more than minimum wage, even if you've been working for them for a long time. The management also did not treat people with respect. I herniated a disk while bringing in carts and had to quit to have surgery and they were very inconsiderate when I told them I had to go in for immediate surgery and could not finish out my last week. Even after the disk was herniated and I had a doctors note, they were still trying to make me bring in carts and annoyed with me when I told them I could not.
