Pros

Weekly pay is the only plus side.

Cons

They hire you and offer positions that once hired they do not follow thru on. When contacting upper management to alert of the issues, they say they will fix the issue but then you never hear from them again. Pick n save does not care about the employees on any level.

-Friendly Workers -Friendly and encouraging on store management -Chance for promotion (if your willing to wait 3 years) -Benefits after 1 year of FT or PT service

Cons

-Lies told to you to make you work harder -Horrible people high up in corporate -Very underpaid -Overworked Understaffed -Weird hours / screwed up scheduling
