I liked how the cashiers were mostly friendly and seemed to for the most part enjoy their job.

Cons

the higher managers and front end leads needed an attitude adjustment.

they have some convenient locations. however, what a shame that such fact does not help to the overall customer satisfaction.

Cons

people who work at this store are very unfriendly... they have a poor attitude when willing to help customers. in less words. they have such a negative attitude. it almost feels like they are being forced to work there. I go there less and less because every time i go there there is something negatively new with the way they treat customers.

Unrealistic expectations from Corporate, pay freezes, promotion freezes, hours cut at their leisure. Departments are given an allowance for hours each week and it varies so someone is bound to lose hours, no guarantee even if you have seniority.
