Pros

There were no pros for employment

Cons

The leadership in the home office is so out of touch, that it is causing a turnover in the store management positions. From the “suggested” 12 hour days, to the continual berating from people who haven’t worked in a store in 20+ years. Unless serve changes are made, this company is going to continue to decline.

Pros

N/A didn't get the chance to find any

Cons

Poor training or lack of. Trainer never showed. Sat there for over an hour even after tracking the guy down in the store to let him know I was there
