-Friendly coworkers, Leadership role, and easy to take time off most times.

Cons

-Medicore managment, your hours and shift times will range and fluctuate or your only put on the schedule every day to close, and short staffed.

The people you get to work with makes it hard to think about leaving.

Cons

Lack of competitive wage for location. 2$-7$ per hour below supposed "competition" "across the street". Threatened with termination for calling in with COVID in 2021. Regular denial of personal days/vacation time because "overlap with coworker/seniority"....from a different department. Management regularly has the idea/attitude that you're replaceable so they've stopped trying to work with people, main reason people have quit over the years.
