My team and direct management was supportive

Cons

Many teams/individuals are understaffed and overworked Execs & Management often act and make decisions without any input from below Huge resistance to change. Results in a pressure to fix things that are generally unfixable instead of changing workflows/procedures. Hostility- many people come looking for a fight in their interactions with other teams/departments

Was great until recent org changes

Pie management decided to come up with the "bright idea" of combining the Customer Service, Billing and Audit Department which has made it much worse for the service agents that have to do the triple the work with the same amount of compensation and mediocre training. Audit and Billing have months of backlog and people are waiting on hold for hours due to management's bad decisions and lack of action. Insureds are starting to cancel policies and agents are writing elsewhere because Pie is just dropping the ball every time. Employees are starting to check out and look elsewhere because no one is going to put up with these conditions for long and they are going to be scrambling when service agents start the quit in the upcoming months. Management says they want our feedback but don't do anything about it. Pie is lucky that the Great Place to Work survey was submitted in May before most of these changes occurred. They will lose it in 2025 if they don't start making changes now.
