Good pay. Good tech. Great individual contributors and lower level management. Accurate Glassdoor rating.

Cons

The CEO and President have implemented a strategy aimed at profitability, but it seems to be at the expense of company culture and employee morale. There have been numerous layoffs, including some that weren't publicly communicated, and many talented individuals have left. Given the current tech job market, it's likely that more employees would consider leaving under better circumstances. It’s concerning to think how the company's long-term health might be affected if these challenges continue to go unaddressed.

Fair to say this is the best place I've ever worked. Unfortunately things have been changing dramatically in the past few months. Not your typical "startup growing pains" rather the people that have been brought in to make changes do so without regard to the people they impact.

Cons

I would say the cause and change in culture has come from the top down due to changes in SLT in the recent months. The transparency that once was, and made us feel connected to SLT, is no longer there. Felt like this was the type of caring culture that would look to repurpose people before layoffs, but that's clearly not the case given positions are just reposted after said layoffs.
