Cons

Workload is huge. Some more than others. There hasn’t been a single day the last year where I felt I could sit back and take a breather. Doesn’t seem there are many opportunities for advancement.

- Micromanaged on a daily basis. No autonomy to make decisions on your own - Unmanageable workload. Constantly understaffed and having more added to your plate. But compensation stays the same - Upper management has no idea what they’re doing - The same “leaders” that have led them into bad debt and failed to make them profitable are the ones coming up with “solutions” to hit profitability - The CEO asks new hires to leave positive glass door reviews when they have only worked there for a handful of weeks - Your department will have its best year ever, but you won’t get a raise or a bonus

Coworkers were the best despite the lack of direction. PTO.

Cons

The interview process was disorganized from the start long waits, poor communication, and unclear expectations. Once hired, it became obvious that promotions and career growth are almost nonexistent. There’s no clear path for advancement, and management rarely provides constructive feedback or support. Communication between departments is chaotic, and decisions are often made without transparency or logic.
