Pros

Pie has all of the good elements of a startup. I have previously worked at both large companies and other startups. A startup job can be much more exciting since you really have the ability to make a lasting impact... as long as the company is being built soundly. Pie is fast growing, collaborative, and fun. But the founders also really care about building a company that will last, not just a flash in the pan. I really enjoy collaborating with my teammates and seeing the company succeed.

Cons

Everyone always has way too much on their plate, but that is what you sign up for at a startup.

Pros

Pie is the perfect balance of start-up and stability. While the company is only a couple years old and growing astronomically—the leadership team is by no means new to the start-up or insurance scenes. They know what to do (and more importantly: what not to do).

Cons

Pie is not for everyone. You have to be comfortable being uncomfortable (in a good way).
