Has been very open and transparent since I joined the organization. Company hosts a weekly all hands where they share information about what is happening with the organization. Leadership is very transparent and provides feedback.

Cons

Heard about previous layoffs, but seems like the organization was not aligned well in the past. Pay is a little low, but benefits make up for that.
