This is the first time I've had leadership who I genuinely like as humans. I am always being pushed to do great things with a little humor to keep things from getting overwhelming. As a start-up we don't know what we don't know, so when things don't work out as we hoped, it is truly seen as a learning experience, so we make a change and try again.

Cons

Sometimes we have to be scrappy to get things done, which isn't always fun.
