If you want to be passionate about the work you do, this is the place to be. - Fun workplace environment. - Highly competitive benefits. - Cutting-edge technologies. - Not only is work-life balance encouraged in writing, but senior management makes it a point to stress this during all-hands meetings.

Cons

There may be some growing pains that come with a rapidly growing start-up, but it's great to see management working to proactively address these.

Pros

Pie embraces everyone's individual personalities and strengths, the culture is very supportive and welcoming. I enjoy coming to work every since day to see and work together with such amazing and smart people who make me want to continuously learn something new.

Cons

Sometimes it's hard due to the lack of structure and processes. Since we are a start up and we are working on it!
