Horrible work life balance

Pros

There are some wonderful people that work there along with some top notch managers.

Cons

Horrible health benefits (you will pay at least double the copay if your doctor is in network, but not a Piedmont Physician, which really screws over employees who live in areas that is not near a Piedmont Phsycians practice. Along with the really good managers, there are a number who are try to do as little as possible and push thier work onto thier employees.

There are no pro's, vert stressful environment.

Cons

IS Dept. at Paces West are being over seen by "older" employees that refuse to change their ideas and approach on how on to be efficient and successful. People with "titles" but appear to have no knowledge on how to direct. There is no structure in any form and problems are never resolved juat "patched up". Employees are receiving kickbacks from Vendors hired to provide products and services.
