Pros

The manufacturing work hours are quite stable. Vacation is decent, the employees are good to work with, and doing an important job is personally rewarding.

Cons

Management will promise you whatever and will say anything just to get you out of their office. You're just a bother to them. The pay scale is terrible. If someone starts out at bottom pay, it would take about 25 years to hit top pay. Employees are leaving in massive numbers due to feeling mistreated and disrespected by management. Some employees don't care for quality or workmanship and everyone down the line pays the price, there is no accountability for employees. I'm actually saddened to see what was once a great company fall so hard due to mismanagement.
