      Pros

      Generally an alright place to work, schedule is nice unless you work in the offline process.

      Cons

      Overtime is constantly expected even worse at the end of the month. The company values numbers over quality and their people every time! Management isn’t happy unless they make their numbers and they don’t worry about the end customer.

      Pros

      If you’re a manager who doesn’t deserve your role and violates employment law this is the place for you.

      Cons

      They don’t tell you during hiring, but if you are salaried it isn’t standard hours like most jobs. You are expected to work MINIMUM 45-50 hours a week. Doesn’t matter if you come in early, you will be shamed if you leave before 4:30 earliest. I’ve seen this with jobs that start at 5-6am. I saw another post talking about the reliability of the trucks and can also attest to the fact no one believes they are good trucks. They are pushing them out as fast as possible and not worrying about safety. Firefighters and the communities they serve are their last priority. (Well, maybe above their employees’ well-being’s). All senior level HR personnel shouldn’t be able to sleep at night with the employment violations they allow and defend. I can’t say anything good about the place.

      always have work pay check always clears

      Cons

      to much mandatory overtime. management expects you to be there 6 days week . management always come up with solution that make things worse for employees. They seem to think employees should pay them for the privlege to work there
