Pros

Excellent supervisors, excellent pay, excellent benefits. Employee moral was good except for a few "old timers" who had not been out in the job market wo didn't realize how good they had it.

Cons

5-10hours/ week of Overtime is the norm, and they do not make that clear in the interview. And it really is the norm so they should. HR is average and could improve. They definitely look out for the company first, employee second.

Decent pay, job security, productive product, free calendar, ear protection

Cons

No flexibility, the don’t care about you, you’re just a number, promote the useless, overwork employees, don’t attempt to help you work any better, don’t listen to anyone who knows what they’re doing, micro managed, they claim to want you safe but just want to appear safe. They work you to the bone. You could work 100 days straight and be a minute late and they’ll discipline you.
