Management made horrible decisions regarding the assembly of a truck and the process when they have never actually built one. Managers wouldn’t stick up for his/her employees. Very money driven company. You feel like a number. You are almost always on overtime. You can’t get a raise if you work hard and show up on time every day. I was going above and beyond training new people for a 2nd shift and learned the whole assembly process and still wouldn’t give me a raise. Just the yearly raise they give everyone. No incentive to work then.

Environment has become unstable as longer term employees almost have targets on their back, as new and younger employees receive less pay and substantially lower benefits. But still staying competitive with market.
