Lack of communication from management and Human Resources on changes in the company. Not so much on sales but on actual functionality of the company as a whole. Company is stuck with an 80s mind set where they believe people will flock to work there, which is the complete opposite of what’s happening. Pierces dirty secret of obscene overtime and treatment of employees has gotten out an people don’t want to stay at this company because of it. There is no incentive to produce at the rate they want because you’ll be working weekends anyway.
