Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate the feedback. We are making great strides in improving overtime across all departments at Pierce. We also have really great leadership development programs that all people leaders will be required to attend, if they haven't done so already. As we continue our journey to become a People First culture, we may experience some bumps in the road, but as with any major culture shift, this change doesn't happen overnight. Although we focus on making decisions that will positively impact our team and the business alike, such as our recent increase to our 2nd and 3rd shift differentials, we understand that some may not agree with all the decisions made.
