Management is poor, supervisor and hr dont care about their employees is more like a pick and choose peoeple place. If your their puppies than your safe.

Pros

Excellent supervisors, excellent pay, excellent benefits. Employee moral was good except for a few "old timers" who had not been out in the job market wo didn't realize how good they had it.

Cons

5-10hours/ week of Overtime is the norm, and they do not make that clear in the interview. And it really is the norm so they should. HR is average and could improve. They definitely look out for the company first, employee second.

Overall Good, Downsides have to do with large companies

Pros

The people are great. A lot of very experienced personnel throughout, Good knowledge base, but can be stubborn. Seeing the customers and the product is great motivation. Management does their best to create a caring culture.

Cons

HR policies regarding pay seem unnecessarily mysterious. Some managers are hindered by budget, policy, and production goals that I assume are driven by corporate. An annual survey is sent out, I wish we saw more tangible results from that.
