* Everyone is very helpful and always willing to support you * Work life balance is perfect. The flexibility offered by the company allows you to easily manage workload with life * Team events cater for everyone. Different activities based on what the employees like are organised * Mentor program for you to develop your skills * Motivation and support to get certified

After working 35 years at a Global manufacturer this was a big change. It was great. Great teamwork. Learning (technical and business). Nice people. Common goal, Different roles, opportunity. Great leadership. We all win together. Challenging. Fun.

If you want one thing to do over and over it might be challenging to you.
