- get to work with very talented, dedicated people - client base is impressive (Global 500) - relaxed work environment (work from home as needed, etc.) - travel is limited (about one trip a month)

Cons

- need to build as strong a culture in Chicago and London as San Francisco - need a broader base of service offerings (beyond CPQ)

Friendly working atmosphere. Skilled co-employees who offer their help whenever it is needed. It is perfect place to start your career with.

Cons

Company is growing and it is trying to keep structure in place which I feel will improve over the years.

People help each other especially when projects get messy and expectations are clear, which keeps delivery smooth. Project management is organized without being rigid, and leadership is straightforward and low‑ego. There’s a lot to learn here mentors make time and folks share knowledge, so it’s been a good place to grow and see my work make a difference.

Project timelines can change based on client decisions and evolving priorities, which means schedules sometimes shift and you need to stay flexible and comfortable adapting plans.
