Pros

Minimum training to becoming a cashier clerk but a rewarding and fulfilling career that I can apply the skills learned to any department or grocery store in shopping or working as an employee. The perks were great.

Cons

There were not many challenges except for standing in one place or position for long periods of time. I was compensated for working there and given time off, however there was room for promotion but I had to leave.

It's a job, helps keep my bills paid. Beats being homeless. Easy to get hired there. Can't think of anything else.

Cons

Low pay, unaffordable benefits, ridiculous policies, no perks, outdated technology, incompetent human resources department/upper management, too much petty office politics nonsense, building falling apart (outside of the executive wing), owner cusses out employees frequently, terrible atmosphere, poor training....this place is a joke of a corporate office
