I worked with Piggly wiggly for 14 years and after my husband passed away they fired me because I was late a few times.

Was able to learn how to work in different departments.Deli,customer service,assistant bookkeeper and cashier.

Cons

In order to get a raise you would have to be a brown noser or be related to someone in the warehouse just to get ahead.

Management has some great people to work for Wonderful coworkers They have very flexible hours Paid lunch breaks

Cons

High Employee turnover The pay is not wonderful Sometimes it feels like you are working hard while someone else doesn't and gets paid the same.
