Easy schedule. 7-330 Monday to Friday Decent training. Growth in the company available but the ceiling is very easy to hit and stay at

Cons

Promotions are few and far between They will work you at as low a pay as possible and give you new responsibilities without compensating you. They’ll promise it but it won’t come. Or if it does, it’s years later.

Absurdly disrespectful, dishonest and wasteful

Pros

Almost enough money to stay alive, but not quite.

Cons

AI monitoring, constant micro-management on top of that, lied to about promotions and raises, constant gaslighting by all levels of management, and absolutely no appreciation for good work. Expect to be actively disrespected on a daily basis.
