Laidback and Flexible depending on supervisor. Most people on your team are very smart and have a great mindset
Cons
Pay Pay is way below market value and upper management has the mindset that they can get value out of an employee for 1 year. After that you're stupid enough to stay because they don't care about you and would rather bring in someone new and pay them below market than to give you a raise. (Supervisor told me this from the director level because I questioned why turnover rate is so high) Totem poll approach Does not matter how capable your skills are it depends on how long you've been there for better positions and you are rewarded for being a sheep to upper management. False Hope Always promising career growth, learning paths, newer opportunities and higher pay but that is all jargon to make you stay longer (Never happens) Change There is constant change every 3 months. Upper management chases things and lose direction because there are no standards, communication, and SOPs in place, or forward thinking people in management positions (My way or the highway approach, listen to me because of my title)
