Extremely high in product design and execution. Phenomenal customer credibility. Extraordinary and Passionate people. Piktorlabs differentiate real product design from the rest. A highly relevant product ecosystem helps solve the customer problems the most effective way. Highly innovative in design approach and product development. Customer love it. Highly people oriented. All are empowered and is very passionate. No difference bet management and team, its all the same working on their strength. Very low or No Voluntarily attrition till date. High end product ideation, design and development. Very happy customers and a Very happy team.

Cons

A very agile workplace where decisions are made at warp speed. There is more emphasis on experimentation and startup culture. Be prepared for a wild ride. Clients always come first, so be prepared for the rough and tumble.
