- Challenging work - The tech you will be working on is one demanding nowadays. - You will get to learn a lot - No fixed work timings

Cons

- No fixed work timings (Yes, it's a con also because they will expect you to work anytime) - You won't get paid for how much work you will do - Zero management (Can we say in the negative?)
