Pros
Very fast pace, always busy, Compensation is fair, quarterly bonuses are nice as long as criteria is met. health insurance is ok along with plenty of additional benefits offered. Work atmosphere is positive (location pending) Vacation and sick time is generous. If you are relocatable advancement is a huge opportunity.
Cons
very small budget for labor, micro managed on many unnessary tasks. GSM position was salaried and now hourly, started out with pay requiring 48 hours per week and now at an hourly wage requires 52.5 after un paid mandatory lunch breaks that you do not get due to lack of labor budget. Work practically all holidays and every weekend.
