Pros
Senior manager and director were awesome. They did a great job making me feel valued and treated me fairly.
Cons
The company stopped caring about their employees and focused purely on profit. Projects are poorly managed and nobody communicates with one another which results in a lot of disfunction. In many cases, it feels like the blind leading the blind. Everyone is overworked because the company wants to keep cost unreasonably low.
