Flexible work schedule. Inter store staff are close like a family.

Cons

As a woman dont expect to get promoted past store GM

Pros

loads of great customers lots of busy time to make the day fly by.

Cons

You hire in as full time with only part time work. Not a lot of communication between shifts. New People hire on with the promise of a great advancement and at first they get the hours then they are cut. Not a lot of respect shown or thanks to those who have been loyal. Eventually you realize your just another body to fill a shift.
