Pros

No shortage of opportunities to work. Pinchin has built some excellent long-standing clients who rely on us to deliver quality consulting services. Some excellent structure in practice teams across to country to share resources and work loads.

Cons

The solid client relationships mean needing to respond to client needs, often on short notice and at the expense of shuffling other work around, which can be challenging and stressful at times.

The company is very ethical ; Great training; Very good benefits; Great people to work with

Cons

The pay is way too low for BC standards, only overtime work pays off. Unfair mileage calculation: some people get away with anything , others has to follow by the book; Favoritism ; Luck of growth and interdepartment training
