- Staff outings, - A lot of opportunity to grow and move up within the company, - Reasonable with time off requests and unforeseen circumstances (illness Etc.).

Cons

- Often times given massive amounts of work, - Management can sometimes make you feel stupid when you make a mistake, - The pay is lower in comparison to other companies that offer the same jobs.
