Pros

The company offers great perks, but....if you get the wrong manager, you're screwed. Great for new grads and entry-level positions. A great place to learn and gain experience.

Cons

Management is too stubborn and two-faced to listen to what their staff has to say. Not willing to work together. If you have senior experience, this company would not be a good fit for you as micro-management is a big issue as well. It's all about control and not working as a team. Poor leadership style.

A great company culture that values its employees and has been one of the Best Places to work for the pat 10 years.

Cons

While Pinchin works hard to maintain a work life balance it is consulting work and the hours can get lengthy when emergency projects arise.
