Pros

People really like working here. There is lots of social interaction and friendships made. There are some good events the company puts on.

Cons

Management is okay...they could listen to ideas more. Why hire experienced people if they can't contribute. It's not that they outright don't value employees, I think they just don't like new ideas or change.

New employee and already loving the atmosphere. Co workers are great and manager is exceptional. Also benefits are great.

Salary could be more competitive.
