A great company culture that values its employees and has been one of the Best Places to work for the pat 10 years.

Cons

While Pinchin works hard to maintain a work life balance it is consulting work and the hours can get lengthy when emergency projects arise.

People really like working here. There is lots of social interaction and friendships made. There are some good events the company puts on.

Cons

Management is okay...they could listen to ideas more. Why hire experienced people if they can't contribute. It's not that they outright don't value employees, I think they just don't like new ideas or change.
