Pros

Pinchin prides itself on taking care of their employees. The company perks are above and beyond anywhere else I have ever worked. They take training initiatives very seriously and there are always opportunities to develop and learn. My co-workers are the best and it is a casual and friendly atmosphere. I am happy to come to work every day.

Cons

Nothing major to note. Being a consulting company, the work can come in waves and there will be busy periods. I would rather be busy than live through a downturn in work and risk losing my job though. The busy periods are also offset by the ability to work flexible hours.

Not great pay. Not much room for professional advancement (ie courses, certifications)
