Great organization...hard, but rewarding work.

Pros

Flexible schedule, great employees/co-workers, supportive team environment, excellent treatment models for working with families, opportunities for advancement, opportunities to impact how we do our work and improve our process.

Cons

Emotionally challenging work, sometimes hard to balance the business side with the treatment side, frequent changes in structure and processes (but it is NC mental health).

Pros

Supportive team members who were there to help with tough cases.

Cons

Weren't very good at trying to keep clients within a certain radius. I drove all over Charlotte and only had a small amount reimbursed for gas. Not great work/life balance.

If you’re lucky you will work with an awesome group of people.

Cons

Poor management, some unethical behaviors, the agency has a lot of unrealistic expectations, it is difficult to do your job to the agency’s standard and have time to sleep or actually have a life.
