Pros

Most of the positions involve human service work and the coordinators have flexible schedules. The agency has multiple offices throughout the state in case you're looking to transfer to another area.

Cons

There's no path upward..internal moves are lateral and often arise from burn out. The agency does not offer cost of living or merit increases. The occasional "bonus" incentives come with lots of strings attached.

Pros

Good treatment model, consultation, salary is decent.

Cons

Management is the biggest issue due to being money hungry. Not fully vetting the clients they bring in.

Pros

Provide supervision for licensure, supportive team.

Cons

No work-life balance, on-call 24/7, low pay, unrealistic expectations, extreme documentation, only care about what being billed.
