If you’re lucky you will work with an awesome group of people.

Cons

Poor management, some unethical behaviors, the agency has a lot of unrealistic expectations, it is difficult to do your job to the agency’s standard and have time to sleep or actually have a life.

Pros

Flexible schedule, great employees/co-workers, supportive team environment, excellent treatment models for working with families, opportunities for advancement, opportunities to impact how we do our work and improve our process.

Cons

Emotionally challenging work, sometimes hard to balance the business side with the treatment side, frequent changes in structure and processes (but it is NC mental health).

Pros

flexible schedule possible, salary's not bad

Cons

For therapists a salary week is usually 50-60 hrs and can be 7 days a week. Financial bottom line is the focus not the benefit to the client ("consumer"). Ethics can be hazy. Very rapid and frequent turnover.
