Pros

I worked with some of the greatest people/doctors. Patients now have EMR and some of the pricing for cycles decreased.

Cons

Pinnacle acquired our clinics. They didn't care to get to know the employees they acquired and help them find a role within the company that may suite them better and use their skills and strengths. The benefits are terrible. The pay is worse. They truly do not care about you as an employee. They blamed employing women for the increase cost in benefits (women give birth, some infants go to the nicu, women are using a glp-1). Outsourcing many positions to outside the US. No way to move up in the company unless you want to take on a much more difficult position and get paid peanuts for doing so.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear this was your experience during the transition to Pinnacle’s management services. We recognize that change can be challenging, and we take concerns related to communication, support, benefits, compensation, and career growth seriously. As part of the Michigan transition, Pinnacle committed to maintaining or improving employee pay. No employee wages were decreased as a result of this transition, and we have since increased pay bands for several roles. Our benefits offerings are designed to be comprehensive and competitive within the healthcare market. During annual benefits enrollment, we transparently shared factors contributing to rising healthcare costs, including higher maternity-related claims, as part of broader industry-wide trends, not as a reflection of how we value our workforce. Pinnacle does not outsource jobs outside the U.S.; rather, our offshore team members supplement our U.S.-based workforce, allowing our patient-facing teams to focus on delivering exceptional care. We appreciate this feedback and will continue working to ensure our employees feel supported, respected, and aware of opportunities for growth within the organization. If you are interested in providing additional feedback or meeting with a member of our HR team, please feel free to email us at humanresources@pinnaclefertility.com

Pros

Pinnacle has strong patient first values! Their entire model takes into consideration what is going to be best for patients, which is very refreshing. Everyone who works for the company is extremely passionate about what they do, and this is reflected in the positive changes being made at clinics nationwide.

Cons

Pinnacle is growing rapidly, and with growth comes difficult changes at times. It also can mean more work and need for support, with limited staff to be able to fulfil the full needs of the network.
