Only pro is they will build your resilience and make you grateful for every other job you ever had.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of a single type of person that would benefit from working at this company. I wouldn’t recommend them even to someone I dislike. Their ethics are so backwards and their expectations are ridiculous. They are genuinely looking for cattle to overwork and churn out even in their upper management positions. The turnover rate in their barely two years of existence is appalling. If your ENTIRE site gets together to tell them you have problems they will send someone to “answer any of your questions” which is really just them showing up with a PowerPoint presentation about their ambiguous five year plan and why your suffering is worth it. They will proceed to cut off any resources that are helpful to you and fire all of your leaders. Competent people do not last here. You will only make it if you agree to drink their Koolaid. They are a new company that is bound and determined to crash quickly, acquiring more clinics while they continue to struggle finding resources for the clinics they currently have. Would absolutely not recommend. They give bonuses for five star Glassdoor reviews so take those with a grain of salt.

Easy onboarding process but that will not guarantee your employment terms will be honored.

Cons

I was approached and left a long career with a previous company when presented with a contract that had very specific guarantees after 90 days. 90 days came and I confirmed with HR that items we agreed to were going to happen only for someone to override HRs terms they presented. If you are in AZ do not count on being remote even if it is promised and your entire department works out of state. You will get PTO approved but then still have to work and you will not get those hours returned to your Pto bank.
