Pros

-the team members who weren't let go as a part of the acquisition -the doctor -PTO is decent

Cons

This company is bad business. I can personally attest to the fact that the CEO expects you to answer calls/work on your lunch break as mentioned in another review. You will work work work with little to no compensation or recognition. Workflows change daily. This company is very much a start-up with no direction. Please do not fall for the "we're not a start-up" story. And unfortunately, Pinnacle is discriminatory. Save yourself the time and energy.

Pros

Everyone working at corporate has a Director title...don't let that fool you though

Cons

All the bad reviews here are TRUE: - corporate staff were getting paid $50 to post good reviews on glassdoor to boost numbers. - corporate told leadership at the clinics to tell their staff to post positive reviews only. That's not how reviewd works - corporate eliminated leadership thinking they could run the clinics from Arizona but they have no clue what they are doing because most corporate hired either never worked in fertility let alone healthcare - corporate announced major workflow changes and expected everyone to be on board yesterday, not realizing how much it takes to implement new changes - staff are miserable at the clinics. I'm a former employee, most people I'm still connected with are looking to secure a new job before they leave - they do not care about any employee. Total disregard for anyone's well-being, safety or happiness - CEO tells everyone they are replaceable - CEO runs a false narrative on financial health of network. It's drowning. Only those benefiting is CEO and her private equity friends. Oh, and her husband clinic that, for some reason, does "so great at everything" - CEO uses her husbands clinic as model clinic. Bias? Conflict of Interest? Yes, because CEO tells everyone she has financial interest and gain in this so she wants to do well - CEO has no work/life boundaries. Sends meeting invites when you're out of office on purpose so they can make decisions for you because it's your fault for taking a day off - corporate has to give in to her or else they are fired some how, some way

Pros

A lot of employees care and work really hard to make it happen on the clinic level despite all odds. They care so much that so many have been fired or driven to quit and move onto better companies.

Cons

Pinnacle’s “operational” models are only geared toward making money. They make changes to policy and procedure constantly without informing employees. They do not care how dysfunctional their ways are and make it impossible to get the job done. They do not care about the patient experience. And they do not hesitate to fire people with no notice or reason just to cut costs. Communication from management is severely lacking and often completely nonsensical. Working for this company is demoralizing. Feels like a sinking ship.
