Pros

There is a sense of camaraderie within individual clinics.

Cons

Company management cares zilch about you as an employee. They may try to create a facade and act like they care but they don’t. They aren’t invested in maintaining their employees because their main priority is to run the business as cheap as possible, hence why they have the highest turnover rate within a company that I have ever seen.
