Pros

I can't think of a single good thing about working here. Please run in the other direction if you are given the option of working here.

Cons

- Terrible benefits, literally the worst I've ever had at any company - Untrustworthy leadership - Pay is trash compared to workload - They do not care about their employees at all - Zero diversity and zero effort to improve - No space for opinions, feedback, or innovation -- you are a cog in the wheel that is making them money, if you put your head down and do that then you'll be okay, otherwise you're in trouble. - Lots of turnover (because it sucks) - Perhaps the most sickening thing is that they don't actually care about their patients, they just see them as numbers and dollar signs.

World class doctors and medical professionals who truly care.

Cons

The company had turned over its CEO, 3 x CFOs, and a variety of Vice Presidents and managers in 2 years. The lack of leadership results in an unstable work environment characterized by constant change and dissatisfaction which in turn leads to resignations and terminations. It all begins with top management and their culture of deceit.
