Pros

- My role was new so it allowed me the opportunity to build systems and programs that would best serve the company - autonomy over my schedule and projects - incredible team, everyone is truly kind, knowledgeable and engaging - Pinnacle is making waves in the industry and it's exciting to be a part of the nation's fastest growing network

Cons

I have yet to find a con! We work hard, but it's a rewarding job and I have no complaints.

Pros

Working from home. That's it.

Cons

Every other part of working here is bad. This is the worst company I've ever worked for.

Definitely a Startup

Pros

Pinnacle offers great remote-work flexibility for most corporate roles, and almost everyone I worked with was truly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.

Cons

No matter what you may be told, they are very much still a startup with many growing pains and very little structure in place. Your title is more of a loose guide as to what you'll be doing, as you'll likely also be picking up the slack of five other unrelated roles they have yet to hire. Company culture is also pretty nonexistent. The head of HR seems to have not made that a priority at all and recently exited, so hopefully whoever comes in next will start establishing some real culture and investing in the employee experience. Along the same lines, the compensation and benefits package is...not great. I was lowballed on salary and took a PTO cut because they insist everyone starts with a flat 15 days. Ironically, they also have bare-bones health benefits, including subpar benefits for parents/families. If you're the type of person that enjoys ambiguity and carving out your own path with the hope of some upside down the line, Pinnacle might be the place for you. If you want a clearly-defined role with processes and procedures already in place, it's probably not.
