Pros

I had the privilege of working with exceptional colleagues and strong immediate management - all of which were developed before the interference from corporate

Cons

Unfortunately, the tone of the company changed drastically once marketing was brought in-house. The chief of marketing quickly took control, replacing a compassionate, service-driven approach with a rigid sales mentality. Those with firsthand expertise were sidelined, their input ignored or used against them, and micromanagement became the norm. Talented employees were cut to impress investors rather than to strengthen the program. I would not recommend this company unless you are prepared to work under constant scrutiny and carry the ongoing fear that your job could be taken from you at any time.

Pros

Work from home is sometimes available for some employees. Diversity seems to be valued and there doesn’t seem to be any racial/gender discrimination.

Cons

Turnover is insane. Whoever you’re speaking with at Corporate probably won’t be there when you call next time. In the last year, there has been a new CEO, new CFO (already gone), new SVP Operations, new VP HR (already gone), new Treasurer (already gone), and new CDO (whatever that is). Too many junior level departures to list. Since prices are set by insurance companies, there is constant pressure to lower costs. Morale is super low and everyone is looking to leave. Leadership seems clueless about what’s really happening at the clinics. Maybe because they’re so distracted by all the litigation going on. I agree with the comment here that this place is run by a bunch of mean girls.
