Pros

Seriously run! - there’s literally nothing positive about this company

Cons

Pinnacle is a horrendous excuse of a company. Without a doubt the most unorganized and unethical one I’ve worked for by far. They constantly talk about being the “nations fastest growing fertility company” - but what they don’t tell you is that this “growth”….is at the expensive of their own ethics! Mass pay and hour cuts, trying to trap employees into contracts, discriminatory leadership, punishing employees for overtime yet intentional continuing to increase workloads, horrible communication, VERY disorganized (it’s not rare to be contacted for the same thing at least 2-3times), poor benefits, deceitful to employees, and no accountability! Don’t make the same mistake that I did. There are a few other bad reviews on here you should read them! I’m not the only one who had this experience. And as someone else mentioned…remember they give employee bonuses for 5 Star reviews…

Pros

The idea of what they’re striving to be is awesome and could potentially be amazing if lead by the right team.

Cons

Unorganized with leaders who aren’t experienced. No diversity!

Pros

Honestly, absolutely nothing. Every single aspect of them is negative.

Cons

I signed a contract saying that at the end of their embryology school I would be placed at IHR in Chicago. Come to find out, HR "messed up" (their words exactly) and IHR was not hiring. None of their clinics had any openings for new embryologists. Because of the contract I signed, if I completed the school without placement then I could have sued; therefore, Pinnacle laid me off due to Arizona being an "at will" state. So I completed 9 weeks of a 10 week program without an embryology certification because HR "messed up", not because of any fault of my own. Other cons: -The "embryology school" is a joke. I learned next to nothing. We were put in a lab, given minimum instruction and left alone. - I was sent on a "shadow week" to another lab in another state and HR ghosted. I was not told whether or not I would be reimbursed for food, travel expenses, etc
